1. About ATCL Media Hub

ATCL Media Hub is a private, invitation-only platform for delivering drone footage captured at ATCL events. We film events, upload participant footage to private accounts, and provide secure credentials for participants to log in and download their videos. There are no public registrations — all accounts are created exclusively by the ATCL Media Hub team.

2. Account Access

2.1 Credentials

Your login credentials are provided to you personally by the ATCL Media Hub team. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

2.2 Authorized Use Only

Your account is for your personal use only. You may only access footage that has been assigned to your account. Attempting to access other users' accounts or footage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

2.3 Account Security

If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at support@atclmediahub.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe has been accessed without authorization.

3. Content Ownership

3.1 Our Content

All drone footage, videos, and media uploaded to ATCL Media Hub are filmed and owned by ATCL Media Hub. By accessing your footage through our platform, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to download and use your footage for personal purposes only.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may use your downloaded footage for:

1. Personal viewing and sharing on personal social media accounts

2. Non-commercial use only

3. Sharing with family and friends

3.3 Prohibited Use

You may NOT use your footage for:

1. Commercial purposes, advertising, or promotional material without prior written consent from ATCL Media Hub

2. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the footage to any third party

3. Any use that misrepresents or defames ATCL Media Hub or its events

4. Editing or altering footage in a way that is misleading or harmful

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use ATCL Media Hub only for its intended purpose — accessing and downloading your personal event footage. You must not:

1. Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform

2. Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform

3. Attempt to access, copy, or download footage belonging to other users

4. Upload any content, malware, or harmful files to the platform

4.2 Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or take the platform offline at any time without prior notice.

5. Footage Availability

Footage uploaded to your account will be available for download for a reasonable period following the event. ATCL Media Hub reserves the right to remove footage from the platform after this period. We recommend downloading your footage promptly after receiving your credentials.

ATCL Media Hub is not responsible for any loss of footage due to technical issues, server failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Privacy

Your use of ATCL Media Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://atclmediahub.com/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ATCL Media Hub, including but not limited to the platform design, logo, branding, and footage, is the intellectual property of ATCL Media Hub and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ATCL Media Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the quality, resolution, or completeness of any footage. Filming conditions at events may affect the quality of footage captured.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATCL Media Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or the footage provided. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Violation of these Terms of Service

2. Unauthorized sharing of credentials or footage

3. Any activity that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users

4. Non-compliance with any applicable laws

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and download footage will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
